Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • At least five years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-reliability manufacturing environment, including at least one year in electronics, electrical hardware, or space hardware development and production.
  • Experience with process development, facility and line layouts, PFMEA, error-proofing, lean manufacturing, automation, and design for manufacturability, assembly, and reliability.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or JMP is desirable.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals, first-principles thinking, communication skills, and experience working with technicians, engineers, managers, and vendors.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PLCs, robots, machine vision, propulsion systems, or Aegis.

Culture & Benefits
