Creative Director (Art Director)

Location: Toronto, Canada. Hybrid work with office attendance averaging four days per week.

Base salary: CAD 110,000–160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with a CD Writer to conceptualize and execute integrated, award-winning ideas.
• Develop high-quality art direction and design using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Collaborate with the Toronto-based ECD and CCO to raise the agency’s creative standard.
• Work across a wide range of client categories without a single-industry focus.
• Champion the values of Heart, Brains, and Courage in brainstorming, presentations, and team interactions.

Requirements

• Integrated portfolio demonstrating big-idea thinking, strong craft, and culturally impactful campaigns.
• Creative ambition and readiness to work at the Creative Director level while crafting and executing original ideas.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Collaborative, ego-free approach suited to a close creative partnership.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and pitch bold, innovative ideas.
