What you will do

• Lead and develop a large Accounts Payable organization.
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Improve AP processes, automation, ERP usage, and operational scalability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives across the function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex environments.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability.
• Hands-on approach, attention to detail, and willingness to work deeply with operational processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
