Enablement Content Designer

Location: Tower Place West, Tower Place, London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with office attendance required three days per week

What you will do

• Ensure colleagues receive the right content in the right place and format.
• Create enablement content experiences from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, project leads, and stakeholders to refine content and ideas.
• Use research, evidence, and data to guide content and design decisions.
• Identify colleague needs and challenges and build relationships across the business.
• Contribute to and apply style guides, content patterns, and the cross-Marsh content community.

Requirements

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Experience creating and editing video content.
• Background in design with strong creative skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Experience in marketing or sales enablement.

Nice to have

• Experience in learning design or instructional design.
• Previous experience working in sales enablement.
