Content Creator

Location: Hybrid role at the Sea Containers office in London, United Kingdom; teams work in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Create platform-native social content, including short-form video, static posts, stories, and emerging formats.
• Develop ideas with social, strategy, influencer, production, and account management teams.
• Adapt storytelling for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Support the full production workflow, including planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Monitor cultural moments, platform changes, trends, and creator activity to keep content relevant.
• Review content performance and use insights to improve future output.

Requirements

• Experience creating social-first content for brands, agencies, or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, short-form video culture, and digital trends.
• Ability to turn ideas into visually engaging, platform-native content.
• Basic video production, editing, and content-tool skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, storytelling ability, and openness to creative feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
