What you will do

• Conduct computational or experimental research supporting the GaMBiT Initiative.
• Build large-scale analyses across siloed biobanks and integrate data from multiple studies.
• Create genome maps of disease and tools that provide experimental researchers with comprehensive genetic information.
• Develop AI agents that integrate and interpret genetic data with biological knowledge from the literature.
• Apply scalable editing and profiling approaches to human cells, including proteins, regulatory elements, metabolites, and molecular interactions.
• Develop human genetics-derived cellular models and patient-tissue organoids for disease-specific perturbation studies.

Requirements

• Ph.D. expected or obtained within one year in computational biology, computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, biochemistry, immunology, chemical biology, molecular biology, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, including the ability to explain scientific material to specialized and general audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to participating in GaMBiT Initiative activities.
• Work is based on-site at the hirify.global in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
