What you will do

• Generate, analyze, and critically evaluate analytical data from LC, capillary electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, and related methods.
• Optimize and verify analytical methods and troubleshoot method-related issues.
• Provide technical leadership and identify automation opportunities that reduce repetitive manual work.
• Support process improvements, analytical strategy development, and cross-functional partnerships across Pre-Pivotal Biologics.
• Apply AI tools and digital analytics platforms to improve efficiency, consistency, and scientific insight.
• Maintain electronic laboratory records, author technical protocols and reports, and present scientific results.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of scientific experience, or an associate degree with 4 years of scientific experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of scientific experience.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial analytical laboratories supporting characterization of protein therapeutics is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical methods including CE, SEC, IEX, RP, and HILIC, with practical and theoretical understanding of stability-indicating assays.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, comply with Good Documentation Practices, and adapt to changing priorities.
