What you will do

• Formulate independent research questions in computational cancer biology.
• Develop and execute computational analyses of complex genomic datasets.
• Study gastrointestinal cancer evolution, cell-state plasticity, and therapeutic resistance.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists and interpret integrated biological data.
• Present findings internally and externally and contribute to manuscripts and grant applications.
• Mentor junior trainees.

Requirements

• Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D. required.
• Background in quantitative or computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, statistics, computer science, systems biology, or cancer biology.
• Experience with single-cell RNA-seq or single-cell ATAC-seq.
• Experience with epigenomic analysis, chromatin biology, spatial transcriptomics, or other spatial-omics approaches.
• Experience with multimodal data integration or computational analysis of longitudinal or perturbational experiments.
