Senior iOS Engineer (Crypto Perpetuals)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Toronto, ON office, with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week. This position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents.

Base pay: $196,000–$230,000 USD in Zone 1; $172,000–$202,000 USD in Zone 2; $153,000–$179,000 USD in Zone 3. Toronto compensation: $166,000–$195,000 CAD. Additional bonus, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable iOS architecture for advanced crypto trading experiences.
• Build fast, reliable mobile tools for charting, order entry, market data, position management, and risk-aware trading.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend engineering, infrastructure, and data teams.
• Improve application performance, real-time data handling, observability, and release stability.
• Lead technical planning, system design reviews, implementation discussions, and incident resolution for high-stakes trading features.
• Mentor iOS engineers through code reviews, technical feedback, and development support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional iOS application development experience.
• Extensive experience with Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures, reusable components, and maintainable testing strategies.
• Experience with data-intensive or real-time mobile systems.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, backend, infrastructure, and data functions.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
