Location: Remote in Australia, ideally based at the Sydney office; candidates across the APAC region are also considered

What you will do
- Develop end-to-end automation and intralogistics solutions with customers, partners, and regional commercial teams.
- Support complex, high-value opportunities through solution architecture, operational analysis, business cases, and ROI discussions.
- Analyze adjacent warehouse technologies and determine how they complement or interact with solutions.
- Bring customer, market, and technology insights to Product, Strategy, Commercial, and other teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Share expertise, develop solution standards and best practices, and provide technical guidance and training to regional teams and partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in commercial, solutions, or customer-facing roles supporting complex, high-value opportunities and strategic customers.
- Strong expertise in automation, robotics, or intralogistics, including end-to-end warehouse solutions, material flows, system integration, and technologies beyond AS/RS.
- Experience developing complex automation solutions while combining technical understanding with commercial judgment.
- Track record of engaging and influencing senior and executive stakeholders across customer, partner, and internal commercial environments.
- Ability to operate as a senior subject matter expert and individual contributor while influencing Solutions, Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams.
