Video Teleconferencing Operator (VTC)

What you will do

• Operate broadcast, video teleconferencing, audio, video, and streaming systems for agency customers.
• Coordinate client schedules and establish multi-party VTC conferences while resolving schedule conflicts.
• Ensure the facility and contract workspace remain clean, maintained, and ready for customer support.
• Verify that equipment is operational, report downtime to the Control Center, and track maintenance and repairs through completion.
• Troubleshoot audio-visual, computer, and live presentation issues before, during, and after events.

Requirements

• Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance required.
• At least two years of audio-visual experience.
• In-depth knowledge of broadcast, VTC, multimedia, and video and audio streaming technologies and standards.
• Familiarity with GVS and Department of Defense VTC structures, operations, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment and computer skills in Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
