Test Automation Engineer

Location: Remote within the United States; must be legally authorized to work and reside in the U.S. Employment outside the U.S. is not supported.

Salary: $72–$82 per hour (USD)

What you will do

• Own and drive the MARVEL SNAP test automation initiative.
• Design and deliver test frameworks, automated tests, API hooks, tools, and test infrastructure.
• Build and enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines for development teams.
• Define the long-term roadmap for test automation and improve QA efficiency.
• Implement metrics, analyze test data, and report on quality risks.
• Collaborate with QA analysts, engineers, and artists to improve game quality and player experience.

Requirements

• Experience designing and owning scalable automated testing solutions, frameworks, infrastructure, and execution pipelines.
• Proficiency with unit and integration testing in C#/.NET or another object-oriented programming language.
• Experience integrating test pipelines with CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, end-to-end, acceptance, functional, and performance testing practices.
• Ability to work independently and lead the direction of test automation.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity Test Runner or other Unity test automation.
• Experience with Appium, Selenium, Playwright, or GameDriver.
• Experience building automated pipelines for physical devices, AWS Device Farm, or Kobiton.
• Experience with TestRail or qTest.
