Senior Manager - Treasury (Financing & Debt Capital Markets)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 USD base salary per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day transaction workstreams for corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparisons, and documentation coordination.
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, and covenant sensitivity.
• Evaluate financing terms such as pricing, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserves, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks.
• Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, closing documentation trackers, and financing pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to align transaction assumptions and deliverables.
• Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate treasury, structured finance, private credit, or infrastructure finance.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through.
