SKYWISE AI Automation Developer

Location: Waterloo, Canada; hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Partner with value streams, process governance, and business applications teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze operational models and procedures, map business outcomes, and recommend technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and connect AI-enabled workflows across corporate tools and software infrastructure.
• Validate, deploy, and monitor solutions for stability, data security, and productivity impact.
• Create operational documentation, train business users, and hand workflows over to process owners.
• Track AI and automation developments and propose enhancements to operational productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled business automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and the use of large language models for business tasks.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Gemini, Claude, Codex, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Experience connecting business systems such as Workday, SAP, and Salesforce using APIs, MCPs, data meshes, or data lakes.
• Experience supporting solutions through the full lifecycle from inception to production.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Bash, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir, Databricks, or other data lake technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security practices.
• Experience with change management, user adoption, or internal technology training.
• Background in Agile project management.
