Reverse Team Leader (Reverse Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead daily reverse logistics operations covering returns, exchanges, repairs, inbound processing, quality inspection, and outbound disposition.
• Develop strategies to optimize reverse logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track return rates, processing times, resolution rates, and other KPIs, taking corrective action when needed.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with customer service, warehousing, and quality control to streamline workflows.
• Manage returned-product inventory, resolve operational bottlenecks, and prepare performance and cost reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain management, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of reverse logistics principles, processes, and best practices.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and other relevant software, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
