Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters across hybrid and public cloud environments.
• Manage OpenShift or Rancher distributions, including multi-tenancy and security enforcement.
• Optimize container networking, storage providers, ingress controllers, and enterprise monitoring and deployment capabilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot RHEL/Fedora Core Linux systems and diagnose DNS, kernel, disk I/O, and network latency issues.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, and cluster operators.
• Lead and mentor DevSecOps engineers, conduct technical reviews, establish standards, and document repeatable processes.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or systems administration, including 3 years managing production Kubernetes workloads.
• At least 2 years leading projects, mentoring technical staff, or working as a technical lead.
• Strong Linux/Unix systems administration skills, including systemd, storage, networking, and Bash or Python scripting.
• Deep knowledge of container runtimes and Kubernetes components; relevant certifications such as CKA, CKS, Red Hat OpenShift, or equivalent cloud certifications.
