Real-World Data Associate

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; candidates must live within commuting distance of the Amsterdam office. Two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support the design and day-to-day execution of real-world data collection within Expanded Access Programs and non-interventional studies.
• Coordinate communication with clients, physicians, and site staff regarding data collection and management.
• Monitor data collection and completion, identifying missing or inconsistent data for follow-up.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality-control activities in electronic data capture systems.
• Support SOPs, templates, and study documentation while following regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and ICH-GCP principles.
• Suggest improvements to data collection workflows and supporting tools while collaborating with senior colleagues and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data management or clinical research, including internships or traineeships.
• Familiarity with, or strong interest in learning, electronic data capture systems and structured clinical or real-world data.
• Basic understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
