What you will do

• Own the risk-based inventory cycle-counting process, review variances, and control inventory adjustments in D365.
• Analyze short picks, discrepancies, transaction issues, and stock reconciliation problems through to resolution.
• Optimize warehouse layout, slotting, product locations, storage capacity, replenishment, and picking efficiency.
• Maintain accurate warehouse location, product measurement, and logistics master data in cooperation with MDM and data owners.
• Develop Power BI and Excel dashboards and reports covering inventory accuracy, cycle counts, short picks, adjustments, location utilization, and related KPIs.
• Work with warehouse, Operations, MDM, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders to implement measurable continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, slotting, product velocity, and location occupancy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, PivotTables, lookups, and Power Query.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and interpret Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
• Working knowledge of D365, ERP/WMS transactions, inventory adjustments, master-data governance, and product measurements.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, judgment, and follow-through skills.
