Staff Security Engineer, Incident Response (AI)

Location: Belgium, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Remote work is available in Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Respond to security incidents as part of a distributed 24x7 operations and on-call schedule.
• Triage security events and alerts and drive rapid containment.
• Perform security analysis and digital forensics across multiple data sources to determine event timelines and impact.
• Develop incident response solutions using AI and agentic platforms to create autonomous capabilities and scale team impact.
• Provide technical leadership through design documents and technical talks.
• Mentor security responders through guidance, design reviews, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of incident response experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Cloud security expertise in at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure, with proficiency in the others.
• Proficiency in AI, LLM, and agentic capabilities; experience building and operating agentic systems in security is preferred.
• Broad security expertise and strong capability in several incident response areas, such as DFIR, reverse engineering, network security, storage and access security, sandboxing, or compute security.
• Experience with enterprise security, SaaS applications, SIEM, SOAR, and incident response tooling.
• Scripting skills and experience with AI coding tools.
