IT Strategic Buyer (Digital Workplace)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model with onsite and offsite work. Travel to hirify.global core countries may be required up to once a month.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for SaaS, collaboration software, workplace hardware, and IT services.
• Lead Calls for Tender for enterprise digital tools, workplace technology, and managed IT workplace services.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate software license agreements, SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, and SLAs.
• Drive software asset optimization, license compliance reviews, and subscription renewals.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships with software publishers, hardware OEMs, and cloud service providers.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, IT security, and end-user computing teams to align procurement with digital roadmap priorities and savings targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT procurement experience, ideally in digital workplace, IT software and hardware licensing, and enterprise SaaS.
• Strong expertise in IT sourcing, SaaS contract models, enterprise software licensing metrics, IT service procurement, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance, GDPR, and data protection requirements in software procurement is required.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Experience with e-procurement platforms such as Coupa or SAP and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Proactive, autonomous, delivery-oriented, persuasive, collaborative, and committed to integrity and compliant supplier selection.

• French or German language skills.
