Salary: $237,600–$326,700 base salary per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise engineering strategy aligned with growth, productivity, sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional solution development across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Finance, Procurement, EH&S, HR, IT, and Commercial functions.
• Govern an annual capital investment portfolio exceeding $150 million, including capacity expansion, automation, infrastructure renewal, reliability, compliance, and network optimization.
• Lead engineering networks covering processing, packaging, utilities, facilities, automation, controls, reliability, digital manufacturing, and project execution.
• Improve plant safety, asset utilization, throughput, reliability, quality, yield, labor effectiveness, and cost performance using Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Advance manufacturing technology, digital solutions, sustainability, cybersecurity, food safety, quality, environmental compliance, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related manufacturing.
• At least 10 years leading large multi-site engineering organizations or complex enterprise technical networks.
• Accountability for an annual capital portfolio exceeding $150 million and proven delivery of large-scale capital, automation, infrastructure, and manufacturing transformation programs.
• Experience developing engineering talent, building organizational capability, leading through influence, and working across geographically dispersed operations.
• Ability to integrate technical, operational, safety, quality, financial, workforce, customer, and sustainability considerations into enterprise decisions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer certification.
• Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, project management, or reliability certification.
