What you will do

• Analyze system and business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, maintainable, and efficient GraphTalk solutions.
• Build reusable, standardized solutions for multiple insurance clients.
• Enhance, upgrade, and optimize existing software for improved quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Analyze user activity and system performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create technical and user documentation and provide technical guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on GraphTalk experience.
• Preferably 5 or more years of experience in the IT services industry.
• Experience in the insurance domain, preferably involving financial flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
