Content Marketing Internship

Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Create organic Instagram content, including copy for reels, carousels, and standalone posts.
• Pitch social media concepts and coordinate with the videographer.
• Cover internal and external events through Instagram Stories and other social formats.
• Support LinkedIn content production across tiles, carousels, and videos with content, design, videography, and events teams.
• Publish and manage social media content, engage with the community, and respond to comments in hirify.global’s voice.
• Identify opportunities to amplify company updates and content through the general Slack channel.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, Public Relations, or a related field throughout the internship.
• Previous experience with social media, content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to grammar, tone, and detail.
• Strong interest in social media and digital content, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Near-native English proficiency with excellent written skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, or LinkedIn content.
• Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
• Interest in AI, healthtech, clinical research, life sciences, or emerging technologies.
• Portfolio or examples of content, social media, university, or personal projects.
