What you will do
Design, implement, tune, and operate SIEM detections and custom machine-learning models for anomaly and risk detection.

5+ years of hands-on security engineering or SecOps experience with production detections and incident response.
Experience with a modern SIEM or security platform; Elastic Security is preferred, while Splunk, Sentinel, or comparable platforms are accepted.
Deep hands-on experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows internals, hardening, and investigation.
Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and packet-level analysis.
Production cloud security experience with AWS and Kubernetes, plus practical automation using scripts, integrations, pipelines, or AI-assisted workflows.
Hands-on LLM experience and a practical infrastructure hacking or hardening certification such as OSCP, OSEP, or an equivalent credential; excellent written and spoken English required.
