Growth Marketer (AI)

A hospitality software company building a connected restaurant management system that integrates sales, reservations, kitchen preparation, payments, and operational data.

What you will do

• Ship organic and non-paid growth experiments, including landing pages, tools, ads, content, and campaigns.
• Increase visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews through content designed to be cited.
• Build free tools, calculators, templates, and programmatic landing pages for restaurant operators using no-code and AI tools.
• Launch creative campaigns across multiple markets, including competitive, guerrilla, and partner-media campaigns.
• Test referral and sharing ideas with Product Growth and support paid marketing through landing pages, creative tests, and tracking.
• Maintain experiment logs, tracking, and UTMs while measuring costs, results, demo requests, and AI visibility.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and launching pages, tools, automations, or campaigns and evaluating their results.
• Experience using AI and no-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, Zapier, Make, Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
• Comfort with data and analytics platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, or Looker.
• Ability to take ownership, move quickly, develop creative ideas, and ship practical prototypes.
• Fluent English required.
• On-site availability in Amsterdam required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO, AEO, or getting brands cited by AI tools.
• Experience marketing to small businesses or working in hospitality.
• Vibe-coding projects.
• Another European language.
