Senior CRM Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote within Poland; Warsaw or Poznań

hirify.global is hiring for its Delivery team to manage and optimize CRM operations across multiple business functions.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize CRM usage across product, marketing, pre-sales, sales, and operations teams.
• Analyze CRM data and generate actionable insights for business growth and cross-selling.
• Build and improve CRM workflows and automations to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reports and dashboards, reducing reliance on external tools.
• Identify process improvements that enhance CRM performance and usability.
• Support CRM workstreams and act as the main point of contact for users.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with CRM adoption, optimization, and business process improvement.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including setup, automations, user support, and system optimization.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards; SQL knowledge is required.
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into actions.
• Experience reviewing and improving business processes.
• Fluent Russian at C1+ level and English at B1+ level.
