🔍 Head of CRM (iGaming)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive CRM strategy to increase retention, LTV & revenue
• Oversee customer lifecycle communications: onboarding, engagement, reactivation & VIP
• Manage CRM campaigns and mechanics: bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty programs & tournaments
• Drive customer segmentation, personalization & marketing automation
• Track CRM performance, conduct A/B testing & analyze player behavior
• Lead, develop and optimize CRM team operations
• Work closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing & VIP departments
Requirements:
• 5+ years of CRM experience with a proven track record in leadership
• Solid background in iGaming, Betting or high-volume B2C industries
• Strong knowledge of player lifecycle management & CRM profitability
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, automation & multichannel campaigns
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions
• Proven ability to build, manage and scale CRM teams
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
