What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the team working with major labels in the UK and US.
• Coordinate artist marketing campaigns, including asset collection and deck creation.
• Prepare end-of-campaign reports and track major marketing events.
• Manage weekly release priorities and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor social media activity and act as the primary liaison for competition winners.
• Take detailed meeting notes and track action items for follow-up.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France for the duration of the 6-month internship starting September 2026.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Strong understanding of the global music industry, particularly the UK and US markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday or Jira.
