Site Activation Coordinator

What you will do

• Perform feasibility, site activation, and selected maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Prepare and review site documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Site Activation Managers, project management, sites, and internal departments.
• Track the preparation, approval, execution, and distribution of regulatory, contractual, ethics, and investigator documents.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate study information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to work under general supervision and apply discretion within operational procedures.
• Ability to analyze and resolve general operational problems.
