Sport Risk Manager (Sportsbook)

What you will do

• Monitor pre-match and live betting events, adjusting odds, lines, and market settings.
• Configure, suspend, remove, and settle events and markets across sports and leagues.
• Monitor betting activity, manage bet control processes, and perform initial player risk analysis.
• Analyse sportsbook performance, trends, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operators, betting, product, and technical teams on issues, testing, competitor analysis, and new functionality.
• Maintain betting data quality, operational documentation, and the sportsbook knowledge base.

Requirements

• Experience in the betting industry, including hands-on pre-match and live betting operations.
• Strong sports knowledge, including horse racing, probability theory, and betting odds.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and ownership.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• English at B1 level or higher and Russian at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an IT environment.
• Background in project or product development.
• Experience in risk management, analytics, or operational control.
• B2B betting industry experience.
