Specialist, Legal Response (Crypto)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; onsite role with rotational shifts supporting 24x7 operations

What you will do

• Respond to inquiries from legal authorities, law firms, legal representatives, and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, customer service, and other internal teams to resolve queries professionally.
• Maintain working knowledge of company products to communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved or exceptional issues to supervisors and operations management.
• Support improvements to the Legal Response function and participate in related projects.

Requirements

• Degree in law, compliance, or a related field demonstrating critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Chinese literacy required, including reading and writing, to support the China market.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills, composure under pressure, problem-solving ability, and effective time management.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts supporting 24x7 operations.
