Product Director, Financial Markets (FX) & Financial Platform (Relocation to San Francisco or Singapore)

Location: New York; the role can be based in San Francisco, Singapore, Melbourne, or Sydney. Relocation to San Francisco or Singapore is stated in the role title.

Base salary: $240K–$340K annually, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans for financial markets and the financial platform.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Partner with engineering and design to build scalable web and mobile features and user experiences.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, legal, finance, operations, and financial partnerships teams to address regulatory and operational complexity.
• Extend financial markets into new verticals and use cases, validating opportunities and taking propositions from concept to launch.
• Monitor product performance, improve operations, and track trends across finance, payments, and technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Understanding of e-trading, eFX, and trading technology.
• Strong communication skills for presenting product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to structure complex problems, use data and first-principles insights, and make informed decisions.
• Experience balancing user requirements and commercial strategy to drive product growth.
