Staff/Senior Product Manager (0-1 Billing) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery for payments and billing products.
• Build billing and invoicing solutions for recurring payments, automated reconciliation, subscriptions, flexible pricing, and global compliance.
• Use AI and machine learning for invoice categorization, reconciliation, fraud prevention, churn prediction, and personalized billing experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant products.
• Research customer needs, payment flows, target markets, competitors, and emerging fintech and AI technologies.
• Manage and mentor Product Managers while promoting experimentation and responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience, including payments, billing, invoicing, or financial services.
• Experience taking products from ideation to scaled delivery, preferably in global payments, billing platforms, or digital wallets.
• Experience building or managing subscription billing, invoicing, automated reconciliation, or recurring payment systems.
• Ability to balance long-term product vision with short-term growth and execution.
• Experience working in data-driven, cross-functional teams and using analytics or AI-powered billing tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-user invoicing, subscription billing, merchant payment solutions, or AI-powered automation.
• Background in hyper-growth startups, fintech, or software engineering.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineers on fraud detection, reconciliation, invoice categorization, or revenue recognition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
