HPC/AI Principal Product Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average of two days per week from an HPE office in Spring, Texas; Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin; Ft. Collins, Colorado; Minneapolis, Minnesota; or San Jose, California.

Salary: USD 152,000–349,000 annual base salary in Texas; actual offer varies by location, experience, education, training, and skills. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategy and operational roadmaps for complex HPC/AI products or portfolios.
• Develop value propositions, target customer segments, business cases, and product launch strategies.
• Translate market requirements into customer and marketing priorities using customer, business, financial, and industry insight.
• Guide stakeholders through product planning, development, launch, management, and end-of-life stages.
• Align engineering, supply chain, marketing, and other value-chain partners to improve margins and product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding of the relevant industry.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing, mentoring, and team-development skills.
• Expertise in cost-efficient solution building, financial metrics, business acumen, root-cause analysis, and problem detection.
• Ability to provide product-specific technical training and lead complex, ambiguous initiatives.
