What you will do

• Generate fast, trend-led organic social content ideas for client audiences and cultures.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos independently using CapCut or in-app editors.
• React quickly to social trends and produce content within tight timeframes.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, media, and client teams while presenting ideas clearly.
• Travel to locations for content shoots, brand activations, and on-set production.
• Manage brand assets, follow brand guidelines, and produce high volumes of engaging daily content.

Requirements

• Proven social content experience, including TikTok, Instagram, Reels, or other short-form video creation.
• Hands-on experience filming and editing with CapCut or similar tools.
• Confidence and authenticity when filming and presenting on camera.
• Ability to generate reactive, trend-led ideas for Gen Z and wider audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative judgment, adaptability, and attention to brand guidelines.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and content trips, including airports and European destinations.
