Electrical/Hardware Engineer I (Hardware)

Salary: USD 62,900–145,300 annual base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Design portions of electrical and electronic engineering solutions, including components, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
• Implement test plans covering tolerances, form, fit, function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power.
• Support the development of reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality hardware solutions for low- to moderately complex products.
• Collaborate with electrical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and technical information as part of a project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Typically 0–2 years of experience.
• Experience with or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages.
• Understanding of electronic components, integrated circuitry, algorithms, thermal and electromagnetic properties, and emissions management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
