Senior People Partner (AI)

Location: Paris, France — hybrid; the role supports a Product & Tech organization across France, the UK, Germany, and Spain. The work arrangement includes four remote days per month and three full remote weeks per year.

What you will do

• Advise managers across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify people-related challenges and turn them into concrete action plans.
• Drive performance management cycles and support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to Works Council and CSE topics.
• Analyze people data, identify trends and risks, and build models that inform business decisions.
• Design and build AI agents to automate People Partnership processes and improve the employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven seniority in a People Partner role, ideally in a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of technology populations and their challenges.
• Ability to build models, interpret people analytics, and translate insights into actions.
• Hands-on interest or experience in building AI agents and automating HR workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Fluent English and French required; applications and CVs must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Works Council or CSE processes.
• Spanish language skills.
