Lead Site Reliability Engineer (eCommerce)

Salary: $128,470–$208,770 per year

What you will do

• Monitor and troubleshoot production and QA eCommerce systems for performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents.
• Design and maintain automated deployment, release, monitoring, and dashboarding tools.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and operational issues.
• Ensure infrastructure and systems meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve system reliability, service delivery, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, QA, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Node and Next.js solutions.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and services, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Programming experience with Python or JavaScript and knowledge of networking, load balancing, and web application architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
