Technical Writer

Location: Houston, TX, US; hybrid schedule may be available after training for eligible associates, with up to two work-from-home days per week. No travel is involved.

What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed manuals and online help guides for software products.
• Test new features and product updates to verify that documentation is accurate and current.
• Write technical content for monthly releases.
• Maintain, write, update, and test in-app help messages.
• Identify usability and documentation improvements based on product testing.
• Communicate with customers and subject matter experts to gather requirements and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Houston, TX-based position.
• Strong spelling, proofreading, grammar, and editing skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

• Spanish bilingual ability.
