What you will do

• Develop and deliver investment and risk management solutions for advisors and high-net-worth clients.
• Review client portfolios and identify investment ideas aligned with client objectives.
• Assess and deliver mutual fund and alternative investment solutions on the China onshore platform.
• Negotiate distribution agreements with fund managers and legal teams, while overseeing regulatory compliance and alignment with global risk appetite.
• Build relationships with advisors and clients, communicate investment ideas, and support business development.
• Organize roadshows and capital raising for mutual fund and alternative investment strategies.

Requirements

• Typically 5–8 years of experience in financial markets, investments, fund distribution, onshore funds, or related areas, with client exposure.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, portfolio concepts, financial markets, and investment instruments.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain investment ideas simply and effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions; project management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
