Applications Engineer, Level 3 (Full Stack)

Location: Los Angeles or Palo Alto, United States; expected to work in an office 4+ days per week

Base salary: $91,000–$161,000 annually, depending on US pay zone; eligible for RSUs

What you will do

• Develop, test, deploy, and support secure, scalable web applications and services for Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Deliver full-stack features across user interfaces, APIs, business logic, data models, integrations, and automated tests.
• Build and maintain integrations between ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, warehouse, procurement, finance, and analytics platforms using APIs, events, and batch processing.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor application health, investigate incidents, and improve performance, reliability, and production support.
• Participate in design and code reviews, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of full-stack application or software engineering experience after a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent advanced-degree experience.
• Professional, internship, or significant project experience building full-stack web applications.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue, backend development, relational databases, and APIs.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including testing, security, maintainability, performance, source control, data structures, and web application architecture.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with engineering and non-engineering partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance, ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, warehouse management, procurement, or supply-chain applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, or production application support.
• Knowledge of secure application development, access controls, data validation, and auditable system design.
• Interest in automation and AI-assisted capabilities for business workflows and engineering productivity.
