Product Line Mgmt (Semiconductors)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year.

What you will do

• Own product change management and control after product release, including unreleased product approvals, engineering change orders, and part change notifications.
• Review field-service feedback and approve activities that may affect customers.
• Maintain accuracy of customer-shipped configurations and bills of materials, including configuration reviews and non-standard request approvals.
• Develop and implement common-module and component roadmaps covering obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
• Align product strategies, pricing, spare-level contents, restricted-part orders, roadmaps, and market proliferation across internal organizations.
• Manage strategic vendor issues and product changes driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demand, or supply obsolescence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading others in solving complex problems using analytical judgment.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate alignment with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
