TL;DR
Practicante Global Procurement – Professional Services and IT (Procurement/IT): Supporting sourcing, supplier management, RFP/RFI coordination, and procurement analytics across Professional Services and IT categories in Latin America with an accent on cost efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. Focus on analyzing supplier quotations, building Excel and Power BI dashboards, managing contract and supplier data, and improving regional procurement workflows.

Location: San Isidro, Peru; hybrid work from the San Isidro office is required

What you will do

  • Support sourcing activities across Professional Services and IT categories, including consulting, legal, HR, R&D, facilities, travel, SaaS, software, hardware, cloud, and IT consulting.
  • Coordinate RFP and RFI processes, including supplier communications, quotation analysis, commercial evaluation documentation, and contract negotiation support.
  • Maintain supplier databases, track contract status, and monitor compliance with Procurement and Legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with category stakeholders on procurement policies, data privacy agreements, and third-party risk management frameworks.
  • Prepare Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards covering spend, supplier performance, and process efficiency.
  • Improve regional procurement workflows, templates, approval processes, and best-practice documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from the San Isidro office in Peru.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, Power BI, or other ERP systems.
