Location: Onsite in San Isidro, Lima, Peru; offices are also located in Callao.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end transportation and distribution operations, including shipment execution, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate shipments, track orders, communicate proactively, and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage operational data, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support billing, transportation rating, inventory control, SOP compliance, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Follow Operational Process Standards, regulatory requirements, and company values.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in transportation, distribution, warehousing, logistics, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business systems.
  • Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver customer-focused service.
  • Willingness to learn and comply with company training requirements.
