Senior Manager, Customer Curriculum Solutions (Accounting)

What you will do

• Partner with B2B customers to develop on-demand, live, virtual, hybrid, and simulation-based accounting training programs.
• Design curriculum structures, learning objectives, content, assessments, and customer-adapted learning experiences.
• Lead customer discovery and sales conversations, identify training opportunities, and provide technical accounting expertise.
• Document curriculum requirements as PRDs or user stories and represent customer needs during product and engineering development.
• Support user acceptance testing, content reviews, and customer pilots before launch.
• Build cross-functional relationships and hire, develop, and manage direct reports as the team grows.

Requirements

• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience leading client-facing conversations and translating customer needs into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders, mentoring or leading others, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Public accounting experience.
• Learning and development or instructional design experience in professional education or CPE.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, beta programs, customer pilots, B2B sales, or enterprise client relationships.
• Product management experience, including PRDs, user stories, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Agile development experience with Jira or Confluence and familiarity with NASBA CPE standards.
