Program Security Representative (PSR) II - Sign-On Bonus - Up to $10,000.00 (Security Operations)

Location: Onsite in Dayton, Ohio, United States. U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $94,520–$127,880 per year. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Assess procedures, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and recommend improvements to security systems and processes.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and support facility close-outs.
• Investigate losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified information and prepare damage assessments.
• Brief government and senior civilian personnel and support security education, awareness, and Operations Security training.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required to start.
• Must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• 8+ years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Special Access Program experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, an associate’s degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification, Special Program Security Certification, or relevant SPED certification.
• CCNA, GSEC, or GICSP certification.
