Operations Leader (Prediction Markets)

Location: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan; remote-first work-from-home arrangement, subject to the role and team.

What you will do

• Own the operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, focusing on growth, participation, liquidity, and market health.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion across the user lifecycle.
• Design mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement.
• Identify and operate key event-driven categories, including sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics.
• Partner with product, marketing, data, and technology teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor metrics, conduct market research, optimize performance, and build scalable operational frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operations.
• Solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior, or strong end-to-end project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with liquidity management and mechanisms that drive participation.
• Strong data judgment, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms.
• Additional language skills.
