Cyber Risk / AI Risk Expert

Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid work model with days worked from home and days at the hirify.global MAD office.

What you will do

• Conduct cyber, technology, AI, and third-party risk assessments.
• Maintain the cyber risk register, includhirify.global treatment trackhirify.global and reporthirify.global.
• Evaluate AI use cases, solutions, providers, policy exceptions, and risk acceptance requests.
• Produce risk metrics, KRIs, dashboards, and executive-level reports.
• Advise stakeholders and senior management on mitigation strategies and control effectiveness.
• Support regulatory, audit, compliance, supervisory, and AI governance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber risk, information security, technology risk, GRC, or enterprise risk management.
• Preferred 10+ years of experience in large, regulated organizations.
• Experience with cyber risk assessments, risk registers, control frameworks, risk reporthirify.global, and third-party risk.
• Strong understandhirify.global of AI governance, AI risk management, cloud risk, and technology risk.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, DORA, EBA/ECB expectations, GDPR, and financial-sector security requirements.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as OneTrust, ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CGRC.
