Customer Success Manager / Project Manager (BIM)

What you will do

• Lead deployment and development projects from kickoff through completion, keeping delivery on time and on budget.
• Advise customers on infrastructure model-based construction, BIM modelling using YIV, and surveying.
• Run customer training sessions and workshops.
• Build long-term customer relationships and act as the primary subject-matter expert.
• Identify and resolve problems proactively while maintaining clear project documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an infrastructure-related field at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects from start to finish.
• Deep knowledge of model-based construction, BIM modelling, including YIV, and surveying.
• Confident communication in both Finnish and English.
• Motivation to advance digital and sustainable ways of working in the infrastructure industry.
