What you will do

• Own strategic enterprise accounts, manage renewals, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing support as a trusted advisor.
• Use data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and help clients reach their goals.
• Build relationships with deal professionals across private equity, investment banking, and corporate development.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience and demonstrated knowledge in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and one additional language.
• Master-level university degree in business or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Customer-first approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ownership mindset, initiative, and ability to drive results independently.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones.
